Clean apartment, had elegant rooms with bright decor. I tried eggs, toast and cereals, served for breakfast, everything was excellent. Room with good balcony and a great shower, for instance.
Something as tea/coffee missing.

Modern and nice accommodation for my 5 night stay in New Delhi. Marvellous setting, not far from the subway, nice shops and restaurants and airport. Btw, located in a quiet residential area: )
Bad free Wi-Fi.

the property was fairly clean and modern. wonderful setting away from cr park where you can enjoy the best of bengali cuisine. found near a quiet area. reasonably spacious and bright room, a kitchen area and a kettle. exceptionally good breakfast with toast, an omelette plus cheese, and courteous and nice staff.
Didn't find tea.

The hotel was beautiful, with spacious and clean rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was also great, as it was in a safe area and within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants. One of the best things about our stay was the delicious breakfast that was cooked for us. It was a great way to start the day and we really enjoyed the variety of options available.
There were a few minor issues. Some of the staff seemed a bit shy or unapproachable, which made it slightly uncomfortable to interact with them.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient and the staff treated us like family.
The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at Aashianaa Living for a week during my first visit to India. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, especially when I had some financial issues with a lost debit card. They provided me with valuable advice on transportation and even accompanied me to the ATM at night when everything was resolved. The spacious and clean room, along with the modern bathroom, made my stay comfortable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the location was convenient with easy access to the metro and ATM. Aashianaa Living provided me with a home-like atmosphere and excellent value for money.
I do recommend this hotel.

The room was perfectly clean and huge. The bedroom had thicker curtains, which I loved. The location was great, near the M Block shopping area with lots of eateries in South Delhi. The employees were courteous and exceptional all the time.

We had a fabulous stay at Aashianaa Gracious Living. The location was perfect, allowing us quick access to various parts of Delhi. The rooms were clean and cozy, although slightly smaller than expected. The in-house cook prepared delicious East Indian dishes, and the caretaker and management were extremely polite and helpful. We even received great advice on transportation, shopping, and safety. The added convenience of airport pick-up was a bonus.
